Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our operations.

Pre-Shipping Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. In such cases, a 100% refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Post-Shipping Cancellation

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may opt for our Returns process once the product is delivered.

Returns & Exchanges

At Baba Ravigiri Arogya Hospital, we stand by the quality of our Ayurvedic products. Due to the nature of wellness products, we accept returns under specific conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective: If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
  • Incorrect Item: If you received a product different from what you ordered.
  • 7-Day Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all seals intact to be eligible for a return.

Refund Process & Timelines

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Notification via Email/SMS.

Credit

5-7 Business Days to reflect in your account.

Shipping Claims

If your package is lost in transit or shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact us within 48 hours. We will coordinate with our logistics partners to resolve the issue.
