3. Ordering & Payment
ā¢ All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. ā¢ Orders are confirmed only after payment is received. ā¢ We accept prepaid payments only ā Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. ā¢ After placing your order, our team will contact you via WhatsApp with a secure payment link. ā¢ Free shipping is available on orders above ā¹2,999.
4. Shipping & Delivery
ā¢ We ship Pan India via Delhivery courier services. ā¢ Standard delivery time is 3ā7 working days depending on your location. ā¢ Orders are dispatched within 24ā48 hours of payment confirmation. ā¢ A tracking number (AWB) will be shared with you via WhatsApp once dispatched. ā¢ We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or government restrictions.
5. Cancellations
ā¢ Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. ā¢ To cancel, visit /cancel-order on our website or call us at +91 97398 14816. ā¢ Once an order is shipped (status: "Shipped"), cancellation is not possible. ā¢ Cancelled orders are eligible for a full refund within 5ā7 business days.
6. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy page for complete details. In summary: ā¢ Damaged or wrong products: eligible for replacement or full refund. ā¢ Opened or used products: not eligible for return. ā¢ Refund processing time: 5ā7 business days after approval.
